Shipping Policy


Spain

We ship orders throughout Spain, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
USA

Shipments are subject to customs clearance, the costs of which will be borne by the customer.
Delivery times

These deadlines may be extended during sales periods, Black Friday, Christmas, or special promotions.
We strive to ensure your order arrives within 2 to 4 business days from the time it leaves our facilities.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day, adding 24 hours to the delivery time.
If you choose express shipping, the delivery time will be within 24 to 48 business hours, as we do not offer weekend deliveries.
Once you make the payment, we'll send you an email confirming your purchase. Within the next 24 hours, the carrier will notify you that your order is on its way, including instructions for reviewing and tracking it in real time.
We will do our best to meet the stated deadlines, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond SmartGadget's control or by circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking your order

When your package leaves our facilities, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. When you receive the email, the information may not yet be updated; don't worry, it will be available within a few hours. You can also access the tracking link from your user profile in the orders section.
Minimum order

We do not set a minimum amount for shipments to the countries where we operate.
International Shipping

If your order is being shipped to a country outside the European Union, duties, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on local or customs regulations. We use the DAP (Delivered at Place) incoterm, which means SmartGadget will handle the delivery, but will not cover any customs charges or local taxes.
The person receiving the order will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products, even if they choose to refuse the shipment. If you are sending an order from the SmartGadget website to someone outside the European Union, be sure to inform them of these conditions.
In addition, customs procedures may cause delays in delivery.
