We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
